Dr. Kathleen White is a distinguished educator and transformational leader with more than 30 years of experience spanning classroom instruction, campus leadership, district‑level administration, and statewide special education oversight. Her career reflects a lifelong commitment to improving educational systems, elevating instructional quality, and ensuring that all learners—particularly those with diverse needs—receive equitable, research‑based support.

Dr. White’s professional journey includes service as a teacher, Assistant Principal, Principal, Statewide Special Education Coordinator, and Director of Education across both public and private sectors. Her work has touched every level of the educational continuum, from early childhood to adult education, giving her a uniquely comprehensive understanding of how policies, instructional practices, and leadership decisions shape student outcomes.

A prolific presenter and thought leader, Dr. White has developed and delivered more than fifty seminars, conferences, and workshops at the local, national, and international levels. Her sessions consistently highlight best practices in instruction, compliance, literacy development, and special education service delivery. She is widely recognized as a subject matter expert whose insights help educators, administrators, and policymakers strengthen systems and elevate student achievement.

Romano Thomas is a versatile and dynamic leader with more than 25 years of progressive experience guiding organizations, families, and communities through complex educational, operational, and compliance landscapes. Throughout his career, he has served in high‑impact leadership roles where he has developed and delivered training programs, facilitated professional development, and led panel discussions at regional and national seminars. His ability to translate complex information into clear, actionable guidance has made him a trusted advisor to educators, parents, and organizational leaders alike.

With over two decades of personal and professional experience navigating ARDs, IEPs, and the broader special education ecosystem, Romano brings a uniquely empathetic and informed perspective to families seeking clarity in a system that often feels overwhelming.
