Our Commitment

Dr. Kathleen White is a dedicated educator with over 30 years experience as a former teacher, Assistant Principal, Principal, Statewide Special Education Coordinator and former Director of Education.

She has an education span from elementary to adult education working in the public and private sectors for delivery of both special education and general education services.


Dr. White has developed and presented over fifty seminars, conferences and workshops with education content at the local, national and international levels with best practices.


Dr. White is a subject matter expert in the field of education and has served as a keynote speaker at numerous events. Her research and leadership skills has been recognized within the field of Education. She consults with parents and families to provide optimal learning experiences.

Romano Thomas is a versatile and dynamic leader who has served in various leadership roles for the past 25 plus years. His experience ranges from developing and presenting training and education programs to presenting and leading panel discussions at seminars.

With over 20 years of personal experience in the area of ARD’s and IEP’s, he has the experience to assist today’s families in navigating the often confusing world of student educational support programs.
